MAIN OFFICE RELOCATION

Pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, on December 22, 1998, Tolland Bank filed an application to relocate its main office from 670 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, Connecticut, to 348 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, Connecticut.
