Vibrio parahaemolyticus Control Plans
All licensed harvesters/dealers must have a signed VPCP on file with the Bureau of Aquaculture. The Bureau will review this plan on an annual basis and revise it as needed to maintain compliance with the National Shellfish Sanitation Program's model ordinance. Harvesters using Darien/Norwalk/Westport and other growing areas must have both signed VPCPs.
