Completion of Investigation
- Completion of Investigation Transmittal Form (Instructions) Accompanies the final site investigation report where the LEP certifies that the investigation of the parcel has been completed in accordance with prevailing standards and guidelines, including the Site Characterization Guidance Document.
- Environmental Condition Assessment Form (ECAF) and Instructions - must accompany every Property Transfer Program and Voluntary Remediation Program filing
