The meeting was called to order at 12:46 p.m. by State’s Attorney Michael L. Regan.

Also in attendance were: State’s Attorneys Michael Dearington (New Haven); Brian Preleski (New Britain); David Shepack (Litchfield); Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane and Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys Leonard C. Boyle and John J. Russotto; Supervisory Assistant State’s Attorneys James Bernardi (Stamford-Norwalk), Vicki Melchiorre (Hartford) and Susann Gill Riley (Fairfield); Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Amy L. Sedensky (Waterbury); and Assistant State’s Attorney Colleen P. Zingaro (Danbury).

State’s Attorney David Shepack made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 26, 2013, meeting. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Brian Preleski and passed unanimously.

Deputy Chief State’s Attorney John Russotto made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:47 p.m. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Brian Preleski and passed unanimously.
