Meeting called to order at 12:30 p.m. by David Cohen.

The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted.

State's Attorney Liston informed the Board that he would be attending the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) meeting next week in Arizona.

Nominations for next year's officers: president, David Shepack; vice-president, Matthew Gedansky;, and secretary, Kevin Lawlor; were made by David Cohen. The nominations were voted on by the Board and passed unanimously.
