STATE’S ATTORNEY

JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF LITCHFIELD

 

                Applications are being accepted for the full-time position of State’s Attorney for the Judicial District of Litchfield (PCN 4858).  The successful applicant shall hold office from the date of appointment through June 30, 2025, and thereafter be subject to appointment to an eight (8) year term.  The annual salary is $175,770.00.  For a description of this position please visit our website at    https://portal.ct.gov/DCJ/Employment/Job-Descriptions/States-Attorney .

                At the time of appointment, the successful candidate must be an attorney-at-law and shall have been admitted to the practice of law for at least three years; residency in the State of Connecticut is a prerequisite to appointment.  Division of Criminal Justice application forms must be completed by all applicants.  These forms may be downloaded from the Division website at https://portal.ct.gov/-/media/DCJ/EmploymentApplicationFillablepdf.pdf?la=en.
