Prevailing Wage Information

Information regarding Connecticut's prevailing wage requirements and rate schedules. 

Effective: October 31, 2017:
Threshold to prevailing wage requirements have been modified. New construction has been raised to one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) while renovation remains at one hundred thousand ($100,000.00).

The Annual Adjusted July 1, 2023 Prevailing Wage Rates are now available.
