WEDNESDAY: GOV. MALLOY PARTICIPATES IN NEW YORK OBSERVER BREAKFAST FORUM, HIGHLIGHTS BENEFITS OF ‘NEXT GENERATION CONNECTICUT’ AT UCONN STAMFORD CAMPUS
Governor Malloy and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman will hold a news conference at the University of Connecticut’s Stamford campus, where they will discuss the economic development benefits of Governor Malloy’s “Next Generation Connecticut” proposal. The proposal calls for a major expansion of the university in order to make Connecticut competitive and grow jobs by ensuring that the state has the skilled workforce that employers need.
