Knowledge Base Landing Page

The Knowledge Base Landing Page contains two areas that can be modified: the Title and Background Image.

Edit the Landing Page Title

1. Find your Agency Website in the Sitecore Content Editor.

2. Navigate to Content Modules > FAQ KB > Search Form Data in the content tree.

3. Find the Data section in the content area.

4. Scroll to the SectionTitle field to edit the Knowledge Base Title.

5. Save and Publish.

1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base within your Agency website in Sitecore Content Editor.

2. Navigate to the Page Header section in the content area.

3a. Find the Desktop Image field to modify or add an image to display as the background image in desktop view on the Knowledge Base.

3b. Go to the Mobile Image field to modify or add an image to display as the background image for mobile view on the Knowledge Base.

Note: If no Mobile Image is added, a default blue image will display in mobile view.

4. Save and Publish.
