Supporting Parents-Caregivers of Students with High Needs During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Science / Social Studies / Current Events

During this recorded session, we will provide families and educators with overview of the information and resources included in the Science/Social Studies/Current Events section of the Supporting Parents/Caregivers of Students with High Needs During the COVID-19 Pandemic resource guide. Science, social studies, and current events are very important in all children’s lives. They build language, vocabulary, reading comprehension, critical thinking, problem solving, inquiry, and listening skills. Join us to learn tips, strategies, and additional resources, as you engage your child or young adult in fun, creative, and meaningful science, social studies, and current events activities at home.
