(Originally posted on 12/31/2025) Notice of Intent to Revise the SIP for Air Quality: Attainment Demonstration for the 2008 Ozone NAAQS Contingency Measures and Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets. A public online hearing, only upon request, will be held at 2:00 PM on February 24, 2026. Such a request must be made by 4:00 PM on February 18, 2026. If no request for a hearing is received on or before February 18, 2026, the hearing will be cancelled. Written comments are due by February 24, 2026.
