Joshua Wojcik is the Secretary-designate of the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management.

Joshua Wojcik is an accomplished public administrator with extensive experience in managing large-scale public programs and leading public policy initiatives.

Previously Joshua served as the Director of Health Policy and Benefits for the Connecticut Office of the State Comptroller, where he oversaw benefits for more than 270,000 individuals, including employees, retirees, and their dependents.

He specializes in strategic planning, policy development, and innovative contracting, with a focus on cost-efficiency, wellness, and employee engagement.

Throughout his career, Joshua has led transformative initiatives, such as pioneering value-based primary care programs, restructuring pharmacy benefit management to prioritize cost-effective therapeutic options, and implementing comprehensive employee wellness platforms.

Joshua holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Connecticut. He lives in Brooklyn, Connecticut, with his wife, Wendy, and their two children, Wes and Ayla.
