For Partnership policies applied for in 2024, the minimum daily benefit levels are $325.00 for nursing home care and $162.50 for home and community-based care. The Partnership minimum benefit levels increase by 3.0% each year in January.

Insurance Guaranty Association Brochure - for distribution to consumers. It is against the law for an insurance producer to make use of the existence of Guaranty protection in solicitation, negotiation, procurement or effectuation of insurance.
