What happens when a patient opts-out of having their data shared through Connie?
When a patient opts-out of sharing their data with Connie, all their clinical data is deleted. There are some exceptions based on state and federal laws. For example, Connie maintains a service to allow providers to view a patient’s Narx report from the state’s Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) from within the portal. State law does not allow a patient to opt-out of the PMP.
