What are an Annual Filing and a Twelve Months Actual Filing?
Each year, hospitals must report on their operating results from the previous fiscal year, October 1 to September 30. The data and information they send to Office of Health Strategy (OHS) include:
- Audited financial statements
- Medicare Cost Reports
- Hospital and parent corporation legal charts of corporate structure
- Hospital uncompensated care policies and procedures
- Other financial data and use statistics
