What are PURA and the OCC and what do we do?
In this first installment of the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel’s “Stakeholder Group Compensation Program” training series, we provide an introduction to key terms and topics that explain the role of our office and of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA). This series will explore how consumers can get involved in PURA dockets and how to make the most of their participation and advocacy.
The above training is also available on the Office of Consumer Counsel YouTube channel as well as in Spanish translation.
