On Wednesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will continue his jobs tour with a visit to Bradley International Airport where he will be joined by legislators, state officials and business leaders for a ceremonial bill signing of legislation establishing the Connecticut Airport Authority (Public Act 11-84). The Authority will be assigned with developing, improving, and operating Bradley International Airport and the state’s five other general aviation airports. It will serve as an economic driver in Connecticut, making the state’s airports more attractive to new routes, new commerce, and new companies who may be considering making Connecticut their home.
