After you place a vaccine order in CT WiZ, you can track and accept the inventory shipment directly in CT WiZ. Vaccine shipments must be received in CT WiZ in order for it to be added to your on-hand inventory.
Any issues with Merck deliveries (Varivax, Proquad and/or diluent) should be reported in the CDC/VFC Vaccine Inquiry Tool. Click here for the new process for reporting shipping or delivery issues with Varicella/MMRV vaccine.
All other issues with CVP vaccine deliveries should be reported to our DPH Helpdesk immediately.
