The Department of Public Health (DPH) Immunization Program works to prevent disease, disability, and death from vaccine-preventable diseases. We look out for everyone—infants, children, adolescents, and adults—with initiatives that:

  • Administer vaccine programs in Connecticut
  • Investigate cases and control spread of disease
  • Monitor immunization levels in Connecticut
  • Provide vaccines to medical facilities and practices
  • Educate providers and the public on vaccines and immunizations
