Vaccine - Preventable Diseases
To help the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) determine the epidemiology of diseases, see trends, and establish preventive measures, doctors must report all occurrences of diseases included on the annually revised lists of:
- Reportable diseases
- Emergency illnesses and health conditions
- Reportable laboratory findings
The lists include vaccine-preventable diseases as well as other diseases.
