The COVID-19 Vaccine Provider (CoVP) program was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and was launched in 2020 when COVID-19 vaccines were first approved and available for administration. This page contains information for healthcare providers in Connecticut who are either interested in becoming a COVID-19 vaccine provider or who are currently enrolled in CoVP.
