Logging into your CT WiZ user account for the first time
After you successfully register for a username and password, you’ll receive 2 separate emails inside 2 business days.
- Email 1 contains your username, and Email 2 contains your temporary password.
- Check your spam or junk email folders if you don’t receive these emails within two (2) business days.
- If you do not receive the emails, do not register again. Instead, submit a request to our helpdesk.
- Copy your username and password from the emails and paste it into CT WiZ.
- When you log in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to change your temporary password to something of your choice, and to set up your “Password Questions”.
- Keep track of your password answers which will allow you to reset your own password.
