Governor Lamont Receives Final Action Plan From PFAS Task Force
Governor Ned Lamont today announced that the Connecticut Interagency PFAS Task Force, the group he created this summer and tasked with making recommendations for him to consider that address the potential harmful effects of a widely-used class of chemicals known as PFAS, has transmitted to his office its final action plan.

Governor Lamont: Connecticut Mother With Legal Resident Status Granted Stay of Deportation
Governor Ned Lamont today applauded news that the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) has granted a stay of deportation to Hartford resident Wayzaro Walton and agreed to reconsider her case, giving her the opportunity to make the argument that her full and unconditional pardon from the State of Connecticut should recognized.
