Because underlined links are a design convention, you should always use bold or italic for emphasis instead of underline.

  Headers are used to organize content and provide readers with a succinct description of the information contained in a content area. Headers are also crucial to SEO and can be used by assistive technologies to create in-page navigation.

  Use Blockquotes for citations or to create emphasis on specific content. You can insert a Blockquote by using the code below, or through the CSS Class dropdown in the Rich Text Editor.
