  In accordance with the provisions of section 17b-8(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Commissioner of Social Services intends to submit the following three applications to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

• Notice of Intent to Submit Emergency Preparedness and Response Amendment (Appendix K) to 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Medicaid Waivers.

  The State of Connecticut’s Federal Fiscal Year 2019 Low-Income Energy Assistance Program Block Grant Allocation Plan will be the subject of a joint public hearing before the Appropriations, Human Services, and Energy and Technology Committees on Friday, August 17, 2018, at 11 a.m. in Room 2E of the Legislative Office Building in Hartford.
