What if I have a car, can I or someone else drive me?
Answer:
Yes!
The driver must submit proof of insurance, registration, and driver’s license. You may be reimbursed. Contact MTM for further information.

Can I ride with my service animal?
Answer:
Yes!
Service animals and emotional support animals are allowed to accompany members. Contact MTM for further information.

Will I share my ride with others?
Answer:
Maybe!
There may be times you might share a ride with others.

What if my ride is late?
Answer:
Call MTM at 1-855-478-7350 or check your Member App or Member online portal for live trip updates.

What if I have an urgent/same day appointment?
Answer:
If you have an urgent/same day appointment, call MTM at 1-855-478-7350, 24 hours a day to schedule your ride. If it is an emergency, call 911. -
Can I schedule multiple rides at one time?
Answer:
Yes!
You can schedule multiple recurring rides up to 90 days in advance. When you call MTM let the representative know all your various trips for the day and for any given time.

Does MTM provide Wheelchairs or Child Car Seats?
Answer:
No!
It is the responsibility of the Member.

Date of Birth
Address
Phone number.
Title 19 Medicaid number
Time and Date of appointment
Healthcare Provider’s name & address
Type of appointment
