Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps individuals to understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviors.
DMHAS Latino Outreach provides regional, community outreach services designed to reduce the stigma that surrounds substance use in the Latino community and to identify Latinos who have a substance use disorder for which they are not seeking treatment, or who are at risk of having a substance use disorder for which they are not likely to seek treatment.

LiveLOUD
LiveLOUD was launched to prevent, discourage and destigmatize opioid addiction by reaching those who have been most directly impacted by the opioid crisis and connecting them with the necessary treatment, support and resources so they may begin their path of recovery.
