Rick Callahan, M.A., LPC, LADC, is Chief Executive Officer at the Southeastern Mental Health Authority, having held this position for the last 5 years. Rick has worked in a leadership role for the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services for the past 22 years and has been in the field of behavioral health for over 35 years.
