The Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership (CTBHP) is a working collaborative between the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), the Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Department of Social Services (DSS), Beacon Health Options and a legislatively mandated Oversight Council.
A Behavioral Health Home is an innovative, integrated healthcare service delivery model that is recovery-oriented, person and family centered and promises better patient experience and better outcomes than those achieved in traditional services.
The Behavioral Health Recovery Program (BHRP) is for individuals who are determined eligible for Husky D (Medicaid for Low Income Adults) by the Department of Social Services and who meet other service eligibility criteria per Section 3 (Eligibility for Services) of the BHRP Polices.

LiveLOUD
