To help you comply with the rule, DEEP has created a series of online training modules which will assist you in determining whether your boiler(s) is subject to the rule.
Air Compliance Assurance - Training & Education - RICE Rule Online Training
If you own or operate a stationary engine in Connecticut, there is a good chance that your unit is subject to the RICE NESHAP (40 CFR 63, subpart ZZZZ). To help you comply with the rule, DEEP has created a series of online training modules which will assist you in determining whether your engine(s) is subject to the rule and, if so, which requirements apply to your specific engine(s).
