Release-Based Cleanup Regulations Formal Regulation Adoption
The proposed Release-Based Cleanup Regulations have been revised. Two drafts of this regulatory package were previously shared with the working group and the public. The proposed regulations were modified to incorporate recommendations and advice from the working group and comments and discussions with the public. The formal regulation adoption process included a 90 day formal comment period in 2024.
