  Notice of tentative determination for a permit renewal submitted by Magnakleen Services, LLC to discharge a maximum of 14,000 gallons per day of industrial laundry wastewater, air compressor blowdown, vehicle maintenance wastewater, and laboratory sink wastewater to the City of Meriden WPCF from cleaning commercial and industrial mats, towels and dust mops at an industrial laundry service.   Notice of tentative determination to approve an application submitted by the Connecticut Department of Transportation for proposed activity that includes installation of a new 4-inch thick, steel reinforced, cast-in place, concrete invert liner throughout the length of the existing 325’6”-long culvert, repair of the existing headwalls and wingwalls as needed, installation and removal of temporary dewatering facilities including bypass pipe or pump hose, temporary brook dewatering, and installation of temporary sediment & erosion controls for a new, permanent, inlet access road.
