What is the non-refundable application fee for liquor permits?

The non-refundable application fee is $100 and must be submitted with your liquor permit application. The Department of Consumer Protection will review your application and notify you if any changes are needed. You will receive a separate email with an invoice for your remaining permit fee.

NOTE: The application fee is built into the permit fee

For example: If the total permit fee is $400, you will be responsible for the remaining $300, as the $100 application fee has already been paid.

What is the provisional permit fee?

There is a $500 non-refundable fee for provisional permits. This fee only applies to applicants who elected a provisional permit on their initial application.
