Yes, whether you are located within Connecticut or in another state, if your business plans to ship drugs, medical devices and/or cosmetics within or into the State of Connecticut, you must hold a Wholesaler of Drugs, Medical Devices and/or Cosmetics registration. If you distribute over-the-counter medications (medications and devices that do not require a prescription) directly to consumers, you must also hold a Non-Legend Drug Permit.
