This permit is for retailers who want to sell over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Pepto-Bismol, and others.

- Dollar Stores
- Grocery Stores
- Restaurants
- Office Supply Stores

- This permit expires annually on December 31st. The annual renewal fee is $100.00.
