Practitioners who obtain this registration pursuant to the practitioner’s employment with a municipality, this state or the federal government shall not be required to pay the fee. If the practitioner works in a location secondary to the State or the federal government that is a private entity (i.e. moonlighting), they would no longer be fee exempt.
