I have a hard time getting in contact with a board member and feel that my voice is not being heard. What do I do?

First, document your concerns. The condo board is required to meet and to announce when and where its meetings will be held.
Second, have you asked your neighbors if they have information about when and where the association meets? Perhaps the meeting announcements are posted in a new location. Next, you and fellow condo owners may wish to consult an attorney. You may wish to ask the attorney to write the condo association a letter on your behalf, stating your concerns and requesting information on the meeting schedule and clarifying that the condo board is required to hold regular, posted meetings that are open to condo members.
