STATE’S ATTORNEY ADVISORY BOARD
MINUTES OF MEETING FEBRUARY 25, 2019
Meeting called to order at approximately 12:36 p.m. by State’s Attorney and President of the Advisory Board Maureen T. Platt.
In attendance were: Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys Kevin D. Lawlor and John J. Russotto; State’s Attorneys Richard J. Colangelo, Jr. (Stamford/Norwalk), Michael A. Gailor (Middlesex), Matthew C. Gedansky (Tolland), Margaret E. Kelley (Ansonia/Milford), Gail P. Hardy (Hartford), Anne F. Mahoney (Windham), Maureen Platt (Waterbury), Brian W. Preleski (New Britain), Stephen J. Sedensky III (Danbury), David Shepack (Litchfield) and John C. Smriga (Fairfield); and Supervisory Assistant State’s Attorney Michael Pepper (New Haven).
Also present: Executive Assistant State’s Attorney Brian Austin, Jr., legislative liaison Wilfred Blanchette, Jr., and Communications and Legislative Specialist Mark A. Dupuis.
State’s Attorney Sedensky made a motion to accept the minutes of the January 14, 2019, meeting. State’s Attorney Hardy seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Deputy Chief State’s Attorney Russotto distributed instructions for the State’s Attorneys to access email information on job applications per the action taken at the January meeting.
Inspectors Tracy Enns and Keith McCurdy made a presentation on a new plaque being sold as a fundraiser by the Connecticut Criminal Justice Educational and Charitable Association
At 12:42 p.m. State’s Attorney Colangelo made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by State’s Attorney Sedensky and it passed unanimously.
