Regional and Statewide Supports and Resources for Adolescents

This list of resources is designed to help young adults build real-world skills for independence. It highlights resources listed by DCF region as well as statewide across CT that are easy to access and relevant to everyday life. Youth, young adults, community partners, and caregivers can find support for jobs, education, health/wellness, etc. and connect to programs that can make a meaningful impact. This page is a valuable tool for empowering young people and the professionals who support their success.

Region 1: Bridgeport/Norwalk
