STIF Express
The gateway to electronic information and transaction processing for the Office of the State Treasurer's Short-Term Investment Fund.
STIF Express is an online account access and transaction system for investors in the Short-Term Investment Fund, making the program accessible and efficient.
By utilizing STIF Express, investors can monitor balances, confirm trades and income distributions, access transaction histories and print monthly statements. STIF Express also permits investors to use the online system to execute transactions for purchases and redemptions.
STIF Express is accessed via the portal hosted by NRS, the service provider working with State Street Bank for STIF Express. State Street Bank provides global custody, accounting, transfer agency and performance reporting services for the State Treasurer's Office.

STIF Express First-Time Users
Investors should use the STIF Express web address: STIF Express (ct.gov). To obtain a User Identification (User ID) and temporary password, contact the portal's service center at 1-877-225-8481 with one of your account numbers. When you log-in for the first time, you will be required to select a new password and security questions.
