Investment Policy Statement

The Investment Policy Statement (IPS) approved 09/14/22, sets forth the general standards that govern the investments of the State of Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds (CRPTF) as established by the Treasurer of the State of Connecticut and as approved by the Investment Advisory Council (IAC), in accordance with the provisions of Section 3-13b(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes.

The Investment Policy Statement (IPS) includes Domestic Proxy Voting Policies which set forth general standards governing the voting of the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds' proxies.
