FREE forums and OPEN to the public. Sponsored and presented by the State of Connecticut. No insurance sales or solicitations will be allowed.If you are 40 years of age or older and plan to have assets of at least $75,000 (excluding your car and home)... by attending this forum you will gain a better understanding of:
- the risks and costs of home care and nursing home care and why it's important to consider these factors in retirement planning,
- what you need to know before you buy long-term care insurance and,
- how it can add to your long-range financial security with the State's innovative program, the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care.
Forums run from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Registration begins at 5:30 PM - Walk-ins are welcome as space is available.)
The Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care Public Forums scheduled for the Spring 2020 have been cancelled. The next Forums will be held in the Fall of 2020. The schedule for the Fall Forums should be posted on this page sometime in the Summer of 2020.
