Commission for Child Support Guidelines

The Commission for Child Support Guidelines was established by section 46b-215a of the Connecticut General Statutes.  Section 46b-215 details the membership of the Commission and directs it to review and revise Connecticut’s child support and arrearage guidelines every four years.  Connecticut’s existing guidelines are available to the public by following this link: https://www.jud.ct.gov/publications/childsupport/csguidelines.pdf.  Below, you will find recordings of the Commission’s meetings.
