Overview:
Human Resources administers a full range of human resource services to include labor relations, recruitment, retention, promotion and advancement of all DSS staff. The Division is responsible for providing benefit administration to include Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, Workplace Violence Prevention and Payroll services to over 1900 employees throughout the State. Our Human Resource Specialists are located throughout our twelve (12) Field Office locations on a rotating basis, as well as our Central Office location.
