Water System Violation Reports

The 1996 Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) include many provisions making information on public water systems available to the public. One of these provisions requires the Department of Public Health (DPH), as the agency responsible for administering the SDWA at the state level, to issue an annual report on public water system violations. Reports are listed below and available for your review.
