From I-91 North:
Take I-91 north to Enfield, exit 48 (route 220). Take a right at the end of the ramp onto Elm Street (east). Go approximately one mile to a fork in the road. There is a traffic light at the fork. Bear left at the fork and go straight for approximately two miles. The first correctional facility you will see is Robinson C.I. on your left followed by Enfield C.I. and then Willard-Cybulski C.I. Following a sharp left hand bend in the road, the driveway for Osborn Correctional Institution and Northern Correctional Institution will be on your right.
Note: The State police have set up signs from the highway that say, CORR. These signs are blue with gold letters and are about a square foot in size. They mark the route to all four institutions.
