Department of Banking Legislative Program

Each year, the Department of Banking, with the coordination of the Government Relations and Consumer Affairs Division, conducts an active legislative program.  As a service to the public and regulated entities, the department prepares brief summaries of banking and related legislative proposals which have been enacted into law by the General Assembly.
