DEEP headquarters at 79 Elm Street in Hartford has partially re-opened to staff and members of the public as of Tuesday, February 3. The DEEP records room has re-opened. The DEEP Central Permit Processing Unit (CPPU) will be open to the public starting on Wednesday, Feb. 4. For updates, click here

CHEAPR is EVolving!
The CHEAPR pilot program is currently transitioning to the new CHEAPR program established under Public Act 19-117. The new program will offer rebates for both new and used electric vehicles!
 

Available Funding

NOTE: The CHEAPR pilot program is currently transitioning to the new CHEAPR program established under Public Act 19-117. The program will continue to accept and evaluate applications but applicants may experience some delay in receiving their rebate payment during this transition.  For more detailed information regarding the historic distribution of CHEAPR funds, please visit the CHEAPR Program Statistics page.
