The Workers' Compensation Commission (WCC) has 15 administrative law judges. These judges oversee hearings to help workers and employers agree on how to handle a claim. The judges usually host the hearings at WCC’s district offices. Per diem judges help when needed.

The WCC chairperson acts as the chief administrative law judge of the Compensation Review Board (CRB). The chairperson may also help with hearings at the district offices.

Administrative law judges are sometimes called ALJs.
