On the third Thursday of every other month, the state FTP site will be unavailable from 9am to 12pm while updates are being performed. The next day for updates is currently March 21st, 2024. If you are attempting to upload or download files during that time, please wait until after noon.

Failure to submit your file or corrections by the due date may delay your subsidy payment until the next quarter. Contact us at TRB.Subsidy@ct.gov with questions or concerns. Subsidy payments for quarters where the submissions are not made within 6 months of the file due date are subject to forfeiture. |
